EOLO engines were designed by engineer Charles Bottari and presented in 1950 at the Salone di Milano show. The engine was available in two versions with a capacity of 100cc and 125cc and were primarily built for the firm Omea. However, they were no longer heard from in the following years.
With the same engine name manufactured in 1950, became the micro firm ICEM (Elettromeccaniche Construction Industry) in Milan. It was a two-stroke 46 cc engine, mounted under the pedal, with a horizontal cylinder and transmission made by a reduction from a two-tier exchange from a short chain from the output pinion gear to rear wheel. The company continued and remained unchanged in the marketplace until 1953.
