1903 - 1906
Invicta, founded in 1903 and based in Turin (not to be confused with the later British company with the same name), manufactured motorcycles, bicycles and automobiles. Carlo Mantovani was a technical manager at the car manufacturer Bender & Martiny. After he had bought the equipment and spare parts from the company locations in Germany and France, he founded the company for the manufacture of light motorcycles with 75 and 125 cc two-stroke engines, bicycles and automobiles. In 1906 they designed the "Invicta 6/8 HP" and "10/12 HP models. Both vehicles were driven by chains and they were not mass produced or marketed.
