Cardani was an Italian brand of racing motorcycles founded by the two Milanese designers Savar Carlo and Daniele Fontana built in 1967, a race bike with a 498 cc three-cylinder four-stroke engine with four valves per cylinder with this brand name. The machine was developed for Jack Findlay and technical looked much like the three-cylinder MV Agusta.
The engine as far forward Sat Findlay like much weight on the front wheel wanted. Due to lack of money, the machine was never used and Finlay Fontana and built in 1971 along a frame for a Suzuki TR 500 engine they use the name Jada. This name came from the names of Jack Findlay and Daniele Fontana.
