Fadin was an Italian automotive manufacturer based in Milan with operations in 1924 through 1926. The engineer L. Trubetskoy founded the company in Milan and built the French Derby small cars under license. In 1925, the company introduced a car with a Chapuis-Dornier 4-cylinder 960 cc engine and was known as the Type 8/12. There was also a sports version with a 1094 cc engine called the Type 10/14. By 1926, after only a few examples were built, production was discontinued.
